Overview
About the destination: Lap up a good dose of adventure during the long weekend of Independence Day. Over three days, romance the hills on a bicycle trip. Enjoy scenic delights such as Kemmangundi, Bababudangiri and Mullayanagiri. Cover a total of 130kms.
About the departure: Start on Thursday night from Bangalore around 10pm and reach Chikmagalur by 6am. Charge up with a hearty breakfast and leave for Kemmangundi around 9am. Your path will be a flat terrain and you might be flanked by the famous coffee plantations. Reach by 5pm and be accommodated at Rangers Camp.
On Day 2, have breakfast and start around 7am to cycle to Bababudangiri. Cycle uphill through the mountains and reach the destination around 5pm. Overnight stay will be at Giri Resort.
Day 3 unfolds many charms. You start around 7am and reach the famous Mullayanagiri around 1pm. Make way uphill, have lunch and get back to Bangalore around 8pm.
Meals type: 3 Breakfast,2 lunch and 2 dinner (veg and non- veg)

- Per person rates (in Rs) - applicable on two persons staying together sharing the same room

- The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends (Independece Day and Janmashtami)

- In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel
Things To Carry-
1) Jackets/Sweater- The weather changes drastically. Night and mornings are cold. Therefore, carrying a light jacket or a sweater is recommended.
2) Cargos/ Track pants- A light synthetic track pant that can easily dry when wet in case of rainfall. Cargos are rugged and are good on jungle terrains as it is less likely to be torn by thorns.(2-4 pairs)
3) T-Shirt- Carry light cotton t-shirts preferably full sleeves to avoid sun burn. Don’t carry black as it absorbs heat. 2- 4 pairs for beach visit
4) Energy Food: Chocolate bars, flavored milk, Electrolyte drinks - Glucon-D, etc
5) Cap/Hat- A cap or a hat to cover the head and face against the direct sunlight during peak hours.
6) Shoes- A pair of shoes with good traction and water proof body is an ideal match. Ensure that the shoes are not old or brand new, get used to the shoes if they are new. As a rule, you should be comfortable to walk in difficult terrain for 6 hours at least.
7) Socks- Sports or cotton socks that don’t make your feet sweat on long walks. Carrying few extra pairs is always a good idea just in case they get wet.
8) Rain coat/Poncho- A compact raincoat or a poncho that can quickly dry when wet is very important considering the amount of rain-shower that happens especially in Monsoon.
9) Water Bottle- A 2 litre good leak proof water bottle. Don’t miss the chance to drink spring water, if any.
10) Torch- A small sized torch is mandatory. You would not like to be restricted after the sunset.
11) Personal Medication Kit- Crocin, Combiflam, Dettol, ORS, Betadine Cream, Volini Spray, Digene, Cotton, Crape Bandage and Band Aid.
12) Towel- It should be light and easily dryable after use.
13) Toiletries- Soap, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Toilet paper, Sunscreen, etc.
